PLAYER COMMITMENT
EXPRESS WHITE & YEAR TEAM
By registering for a Florida Express Lacrosse team, both players and parents agree to the following expectations: - Full Participation Commitment: Athletes are expected to attend all scheduled tournaments and practices listed on the team calendar. Acceptable exceptions include unavoidable family milestones (e.g., weddings, graduations), religious observances, or pre-approved conflicts that result in no more than two missed practices per season. - Club Loyalty Policy: Players may not guest play for another club while rostered with Florida Express. Doing so may result in immediate removal from the roster without refund. - Team Policy Accountability: If a player is dismissed from the program due to a violation of team policies, no refunds will be issued. - Respectful Communication Standards: All players and families must adhere to and respect the communication guidelines set by each coach, both during practices and throughout tournament weekends.
EXPRESS TEAL, ROSE PETALS & ROSE BUDS
By registering for a Florida Express Lacrosse team, both players and parents agree to the following expectations: - Tournament Attendance: Players are expected to participate in most, if not all, tournaments listed on the official team calendar. - Practice Commitment: Attendance at all practices is expected. Excused absences include unavoidable family milestones (e.g., weddings, graduations) and religious events. All other absences should be communicated in advance and kept to a minimum. - Consequences of Habitual Absences: Players who consistently miss practices and/or tournaments risk losing their roster spot. Removal from the team due to lack of attendance will not result in a refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances: - Injury Refunds: In the event of a serious injury, a refund may be granted with a valid doctor’s note. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. - Preseason Withdrawal: If a player withdraws at least one month prior to the start of the season, a partial refund may be issued. The amount will be determined based on whether the vacated roster spot can be filled. - Please note: No refunds will be given for voluntary withdrawal after the deadline or removal from the team due to policy violations.
