FLORIDA EXPRESS FUTURE’S PROGRAM The Florida Express Future’s Program is a seasonal training opportunity designed specifically for K–8 athletes, focused on introducing and developing the game of lacrosse in a fun, structured, and high-quality environment. This program is open to all girls lacrosse players, in K-8 with no tryouts required—simply register and get started. PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Future’s Program is built to establish a strong foundation in the game while keeping sessions engaging and age-appropriate. Players will be introduced to: Fundamental stick skills Basic footwork and athletic movement Introductory game concepts and spacing Confidence-building through repetition and play Each session is structured to maximize both learning and enjoyment: Skill Development (45 minutes): Focused instruction on fundamentals and technique Game Play (45 minutes): Small-sided games and scrimmages to apply skills in a fun, game-like setting WHO THIS IS FOR The Future’s Program is designed for: New players being introduced to lacrosse Young athletes looking to build a strong foundation early Players seeking a fun, structured environment to learn and grow OUR APPROACH At Florida Express, we believe early development is critical. The Future’s Program is designed to: Build confidence and comfort with the game Encourage creativity and love for lacrosse Develop skills in a way that is progressive, intentional, and age-appropriate
