Florida Express is excited to introduce one of the first girls box lacrosse development programs in South Florida.
Box lacrosse is the fast-paced indoor version of the game designed to develop elite stick skills, creativity, lacrosse IQ, toughness, and decision-making under pressure. With tighter spaces, faster ball movement, and constant action, athletes are forced to think and play quicker, skills that directly translate to the field game.

Women’s box lacrosse officially launched internationally in 2024 with the first-ever U.S. Women’s Box National Team and Women’s Box World Championship, helping introduce a new era of opportunity and development for female athletes across the country.
Florida Express aims to help lead the growth of the women’s box game in Florida while creating a unique developmental experience for athletes looking to separate themselves from the competition.
